Returns & exchange

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on any unworn saree with original tags intact.

Email hello@jahaanbyshalaka.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We share a return address.

You ship the saree back. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost for non-defective items. Once we receive and verify the saree, your refund is processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

All bridal customisation orders, stitched blouses, and made-to-measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges are offered when the same piece is available in another size, or when you'd like to swap for a different piece of equal or higher value (you pay the difference).
