Jahaan by Shalaka was founded by fashion designer Shalaka Bojalwar, a Pune-based label devoted to heritage Indian textiles. The name carries a quiet love for textiles and the women who wear them.

We work directly with weavers in Banaras, Kutch and Maheshwar — choosing semi-Banarasi, Bandhani and Maheshwari sarees one piece at a time. Each drape is hand-picked for its weave, its colour, and the story it carries.

Alongside the sarees, our atelier offers customised bridal blouse embroidery — designed and stitched in Pune for brides across India and the diaspora.
